  Usually i have a good experience here but this morning i got the chicken biscuit and 90% of my chicken was grissle. Very gross wound up spitting out what was in my mouth and throwing the rest of it away. I also got a large sweet tea with light ice and the sweet tea tasted as if it was half and half. Customer service was over all great just the food was horrible this morning.

  Absurd wait for being the only customers in the dine in lobby. Burgers and fries were however made fresh by sadly an overly talkative and social manager who seemed more concerned with her night crew team for the evening and her line cooks love life as opposed to my friends and i's meal. The fries were indeed fresh hot and adequately salted and the sweet tea was fresh and not overly drowned in sugar. However the cheeseburgers were in fact cold and dry as cardboard. The cheese wasn't even pretending like it was beginning or trying to melt. The bun was toasted and warmer than the patty. The condiments were literally piled in the middle of the burger and we merely dabs. We were dining in but were handed a togo bag with our food in it and not even offered any ketchup or condiments for the road. In any case this place seems to be hit or miss and today was a huge miss.

  As a returning local, great food and staff BUT MANAGEMENT? This is FAST food not Applebees, as a customer I want to get my food fast and go, you know... because it's fast food??? Employee politely let me know that it may take a minute for one of my entrees only. I will take an honest employee over a BS smile and a wait, right? They are required to be nice, it's a fake gesture lets be real. Not wanting to wait, I was up sold to combo with a drink of a related item bringing company more revenue, which I was more then happy with and did not mind putting out an extra buck. If a dollar is a big deal to you maybe you shouldn't dine out at fast food and take some budgeting classes! Meanwhile in the back manager went into frantic scream seizure aimed at her employee like it was World War One trench warfare. As a COO for living , very unprofessional towards her staff and poisonous for a workplace spirit! Evening shift Dec.13th

  Be prepared to wait. Need more employees at night and a better system for handling multiple orders. The person up front has double duty with handling the drive-thru as well. I'm not blaming the employee. Management deserves the blame for putting her in a no-win situation.
