  Just attempted to order a coffee with foam on top and was told I couldn't because there was not a button on the computer that said "foam". After literally trying to order for 5 min and asking why he couldn't turn 2 degrees to his right the the barista and say "this coffee needs only foam" I was answered with "I wish it was that simple". Then as my coffee is being made the barista asked what goes in it and he responded milk. For one, after saying foam 400 times why would you say milk..?
  And what's the difference in answering his question then vs telling him to begin with? Probably the most incompetent situation I've encountered in a while. Consistently disappointed with this store, wish people used their brains.

  What is not to love?
  Good coffee, nice atmosphere.
  Plenty of outdoor seating.
  I wish they had another store in Foley that was easier to get to.
  Mall traffic can be thick.
